The following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern all transactions entered into by you for the purchase of SALEWA-branded sports and outdoor products (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") via www.salewa.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on this Website, you signify that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

2. Formation of the Contract
You may add Products to your shopping cart and make changes to your selection at any time prior to confirming your order. Clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button initiates the payment process. You are required to review and accept these Terms of Sale online prior to placing your order. By checking the "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service" checkbox and submitting your order, you constitute a binding offer to purchase addressed to the Seller. The Seller will send you an Order Confirmation via email; the contract is formally concluded at the moment the Seller dispatches this confirmation.
3. Product Information
This Website displays and describes key information regarding each Product in an accurate, truthful, correct, and non-misleading manner. Due to technical limitations, photographs of the Products may exhibit minor discrepancies compared to the actual items; however, such discrepancies shall not constitute a defect in the Products.

6. Delivery

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the amended Slovak Act No. 102/2014 (regarding legal provisions on distance contracts), as a consumer (customer), you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), acquire physical possession of the products, without the need to provide a justification.

Products must remain in perfect condition—unused, unwashed, and unaltered—with all original labels and tags intact, and must be returned in their original packaging. International return shipping costs are typically borne by you.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through out-of-court means, the courts of Bolzano, Italy (where the Seller is domiciled), shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
