By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted the entirety of these Terms. In accordance with Spanish law, users must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into contracts in order to use this website to purchase products. If a user does not meet the aforementioned conditions, they must not use this website without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have submitted a false or fraudulent order, we reserve the right to cancel said order and notify the relevant competent authorities.
4. User Accounts and Obligations
Users may choose to register an account to make purchases, or they may choose to place an order directly as a guest. When registering an account, users undertake to provide complete, truthful, and accurate personal information, and assume responsibility for the security of their account password. Users must safeguard their account login credentials with due care and must not disclose them to any third party. Should any unauthorized use of their account be discovered, users must immediately notify us via the customer service email. The registered user shall be held responsible for all activities associated with their account.
5. Order Process and Formation of Contract
- Order Submission: After browsing this website, users add their selected products to the shopping cart and proceed to fill in their shipping and payment information as prompted. Clicking the "Confirm Order" button constitutes a purchase offer.
- Order Confirmation: We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email serves merely as an acknowledgment that we have received your offer and does not constitute a binding contract. A binding contract is formally established only when we dispatch the goods. You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.
- Order Rejection: We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order under any circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient stock, pricing errors, payment failures, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after you have already completed payment, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.
- Shopping Cart Validity: Items added to your shopping cart are not considered reserved; both prices and stock availability remain subject to change until you have completed the final checkout process.
6. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing Information: All prices listed on this website include Spanish Value Added Tax (IVA) at a rate of 21%. For orders shipped to the Canary Islands, the price includes the Canary Islands Indirect General Tax (IGIC).
- Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
- Payment Security: All payment data is processed via encrypted transmission channels. We employ advanced industry-standard technologies to safeguard the security of your payment information.
- Retention of Title: Ownership of the purchased goods remains with Satorisan until full payment has been received. The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you at the moment the goods are delivered to you or to your designated recipient.
7. Price Adjustments and Pricing Errors
Product prices are subject to change at any time. Such adjustments do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed prior to the price change. In the event of an obvious pricing error (for example, a product originally priced at €100 is listed at €1), we will not fulfill the order at the erroneous price. Prior to dispatching the goods, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price; should you choose not to proceed, we will issue a full refund. 8. Consumer Rights and Legal Protections
8.1 Product Warranty
Pursuant to Article 123 of the TRLGDCU (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) and its relevant amendments (as modified by *Real Decreto-ley* 7/2021—the decree transposing the EU Directive on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods online into Spanish domestic law—which applies to all goods sold as of January 1, 2022), new goods sold within Spain are entitled to a statutory minimum warranty period of three years. Should a product present defects or non-conformities relative to its contractual description, the consumer is entitled to demand repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund; the specific remedy shall be applied in the order prescribed by law. If a non-conformity becomes apparent within the first two years following the consumer's receipt of the goods, the law presumes that such non-conformity existed at the time of delivery; the burden of proof to the contrary lies with the seller, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the specific non-conformity in question.
8.2 Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 68 of the Spanish TRLGDCU and the provisions transposing the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal (derecho de desistimiento) of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, allowing them to return the product without needing to provide a reason. The withdrawal period commences on the day the consumer—or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier—acquires physical possession of the goods. Exceptions to this right include: sealed goods that have been unsealed (and are therefore unsuitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection), custom-made goods, and goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, among others. A comprehensive list of exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal can be found in Article 103 of the TRLGDCU. Furthermore, Satorisan voluntarily offers consumers a more generous 30-day return service; for specific procedures regarding this service, please refer to the Return Policy section of this website. 9. Prohibited Conduct and Content Restrictions
When using this website, users must not engage in the following activities:
- Violating current laws and regulations of Spain and the European Union;
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests of third parties;
- Using viruses, malicious code, or similar means to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of this website;
- Placing bulk orders or accessing the website using automated programs, bots, or other non-human methods;
- Posting content on this website that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
If a user violates the above provisions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account and retain the right to pursue legal action.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website—including, but not limited to, text, images, logos, brand names, product designs, page layouts, source code, and databases—is owned by Satorisan or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property laws. Users may not, in any manner, copy, distribute, modify, display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
- We maintain the normal operation of this website in accordance with current industry standards; however, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or completely error-free, nor do we accept liability for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions).
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Satorisan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods.
- In no event shall Satorisan’s total aggregate liability to you exceed the actual amount you paid for the specific goods giving rise to such liability. Pursuant to the *Retail Trade Act* (Ley 7/1996, de 15 de enero, de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista) and Spanish consumer protection regulations, this limitation of liability does not apply to personal injury or death caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor does it apply to liability arising from information concealed through fraudulent means.
12. Third-Party Links
This website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. These links are provided solely for the convenience of users and do not constitute an endorsement of, or an assumption of liability for, the content or services offered by the linked websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk. 13. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be published on this website, and the modified Terms shall become effective from the date of publication. For existing orders, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law, the Terms in force at the time you placed your order shall prevail. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of this website following any modifications to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the purchase of goods through this website, shall first be resolved by the parties through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the user shall have the right to initiate legal proceedings before the courts of their place of residence. Furthermore, pursuant to EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers may submit complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (URL: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/). Additionally, in accordance with Spanish law, we provide consumers with official complaint forms (*Hoja de Reclamaciones*); you may request to obtain these forms through our customer service channels. Pursuant to Article 52 of the TRLGDCU, consumer organizations also possess the right to initiate collective actions on behalf of groups of consumers to safeguard collective interests.
