Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

This shipping policy applies to all consumers who purchase goods through the official Satorisan Spain website (es.satorisan.com) and select delivery to an address within Spain (including the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands). We currently do not offer delivery services to Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, or the Region of Murcia. For orders shipping to Portugal and Andorra, please refer to Section 7.

2. Delivery Times

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the destination region; the estimated delivery period begins from the moment we hand the package over to the carrier. Deliveries may be delayed due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or *force majeure* events affecting the carrier. Should a delay exceed 30 days, you are entitled—in accordance with Spanish consumer protection regulations—to terminate the contract and request a refund.

3. Shipping Costs

In accordance with Article 97.1.e of Spain’s *General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users* (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), shipping costs must be clearly disclosed to you prior to your confirmation of purchase. We hereby clarify these costs as follows:

- Standard Shipping Fee: The standard shipping fee for all orders is €13.00; this fee includes Value Added Tax (IVA/IGIC). The cost of packaging materials is included in the shipping fee and is not charged separately.
- Free Shipping Threshold: Orders totaling €70.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Express Shipping: We currently do not offer express shipping services. All orders are dispatched according to standard delivery timelines.
4. Order Processing

- Once an order is confirmed, we will process it and hand it over to the carrier for shipment within 1–2 business days. Processing times will be extended accordingly if the order is placed on a weekend or a public holiday.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress at any time.
- Some items may need to be sourced from different warehouses; if items within a single order are shipped in multiple packages, you will receive a separate tracking number for each individual package. 5. Delivery and Signature

Upon receiving your package, please observe the following points:

- In-Person Inspection:Please inspect the exterior of the package for any signs of damage while the carrier is present. If you notice any obvious damage, crushing, or signs of tampering with the outer packaging, you have the right to request that the carrier document these anomalies before you sign for the delivery.
-Issues Discovered After Signing: If you discover that the product has sustained transit-related damage *after* signing for the package, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic or video evidence.
- Handling of Unsigned Deliveries:*If no one is available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification slip. Please follow the instructions on the slip to contact the carrier to reschedule delivery or to pick up the package at a designated service point. If the package is not claimed within the carrier's specified timeframe, it will be returned to Satorisan; in such cases, additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Order Cancellation and Address Modification

Once an order enters our processing workflow, there is only a very brief window of time during which modifications or cancellations can be made. If you need to cancel an order or change the delivery address, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible via one of the following methods:

We will make every effort to assist you with your request before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified; in this instance, please refer to our Return Policy to initiate a return request.

7. International Shipping

We currently primarily provide shipping services within Spain and to surrounding regions; please refer to Section 2 for specific service areas and estimated delivery times.
- Portugal: Estimated delivery time is 3–4 calendar days.
- Andorra: Estimated delivery time is 4–7 calendar days. Orders shipped to Andorra may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Other Regions: We currently do not offer shipping services to other regions; we appreciate your understanding.

8. Delayed Delivery and Issue Resolution

- If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, you have the right to request that we investigate the shipping status and provide a resolution plan. If an order is lost due to the carrier's fault, Satorisan will follow the appropriate procedures to arrange for a replacement shipment or a full refund for you.
- In accordance with Spanish consumer protection regulations, if a delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract. Should you decide to cancel your order on these grounds, we will issue a full refund for all payments made (including any shipping costs incurred).
- In the event of delivery delays caused by *force majeure* (such as natural disasters, public emergencies, etc.), we will promptly notify affected users and handle the situation appropriately in accordance with legal requirements.
